Turning a complex construction site into memorable images.
On paper, it’s “just” a pylon head replacement.
On site, it’s an industrial choreography where every second counts.
For Elia, we covered the replacement of three pylon heads — a key operation within a programme of 62 interventions on the 220 kV Lixhe–Jupille line.
Objective
Extend the lifespan of the infrastructure
and strengthen the reliability of the network.
The constraint?
Some areas were inaccessible to cranes.
The solution: the helicopter.
Thanks to meticulous preparation and flawless coordination, the teams turned a constraint into an operational success.
