A photographer by trade, an entrepreneur at heart, Olivier frames people as well as projects. He shoots fast, thinks far ahead, and moves full throttle, like on a motorbike, his other passion. His thing? Turning a vague brief into a sharp result, with high standards, boldness and vision.

Calm, precise, discreet: Nicolas is the trusted ally. He manages schedules the way he does CrossFit, without panic, but at full intensity. A formidable technician and a contemplative photographer, he’s also the team’s geek, always ready to test the latest gadget.

Energy, curiosity, intuition. Edouard is a high-frequency creative radar. He detects flaws, blind spots and the details that change everything. Always in motion, he learns, adapts, pushes further, and helps projects, and teams, grow.
Administrative Assistant
Geneviève is the silent backbone of Melting Prod. Ultra-efficient, never loud, she manages everything you don’t see, but absolutely need to keep running. And if you happen to meet Ramsès, her faithful four-legged sidekick, it means she’s busy solving a problem. Calmly. Definitively.
