Last October, BNP Paribas Fortis challenged DDMC Event Design to create a virtual event that includes the presentation of 810 of their employees through portraits and interviews. In addition to the creativity and logistics required to reinvent events during a pandemic, DDMC had to react quickly to meet its client’s need.

As long-term partner of the agency, we are always enthusiastic to support them in new projects. This is why DDMC naturally turned to us to tell us about the challenge: to realize portraits and interviews of 810 employees, in one month, throughout the entire Belgium, while respecting the sanitary rules.

According to our team, there was only one solution to guarantee the success of the project: turn a truck into a mobile studio, coupled with the availability of a multidisciplinary team.

  • The converted truck ensured:
    • great geographic flexibility;
    • time savings in logistics;
    • perfect consistency in the images (same light and same shooting conditions, regardless of the location).
  • The availability of the Melting Prod Team ensured:
    • the possibility to adjust the team on the field to the work load;
    • simultaneous post-processing;
    • management of the image project from A to Z.

CONCLUSION

  • 1 studio truck
  • 809 people photographed
  • 31 locations across Belgium
  • 5000 km covered
  • 35,000 images produced
